Company history…

Platinum Properties International’s predecessor firm was founded in Irvine in the early 1980’s as an ERA franchisee. As it grew, and relocated to larger offices, the company became a Fred Sands franchisee to capitalize on the upscale Fred Sands image. In 1997, Jason Hartman acquired the company to leverage his personal sales success and share his innovative methods with other independent-minded real estate and mortgage professionals. After the acquisition of the Fred Sands franchiser by a large conglomerate in 2001, Hartman decided to become independent and changed the company’s name to Platinum Properties International. The company was re-launched with a new master plan to build a true full-service real estate provider. Under Hartman’s Progressive style of leadership, the company is experiencing the greatest growth and success in its history.

Cutting edge technology…

Platinum Properties International strives to efficiently incorporate new ideas and technologies that can enhance its competitive position and its ability to leverage its strengths. Until recently, cutting-edge methods were the exclusive domain of deep-pocketed national mega-firms, putting smaller players at a competitive disadvantage. This is no longer the case.
